How to Reach Alibaug Beach Camping:

  • From Mumbai: You can catch a ferry boat from Gateway of India to Mandwa jetty. From Mandwa jetty, a bus will take you to Alibaug (bus fare is included in your ferry ticket). From Alibaug, you can catch a rickshaw directly to the campsite.
  • From Pune: You can catch a bus directly to Alibaug. From Alibaug, you can catch a rickshaw directly to the campsite.
  • For people traveling via private Vehicle, a GPS location will be shared One day before the event. GPS coordinates can be used to navigate to the campsite.
  • You can also board M2M Ferries from Ferry Wharf or Bhaucha Dhakka. It reaches Mandwa in 60 minutes and can accommodate almost any type of Vehicle. Pets are also allowed on M2M Ferries and special space for boarding pets. 

Please Note:

  • The beach is just 150 meters away from the tents.
  • Tents are equipped with bedsheets and blankets for a comfortable stay.
  • The campsite features properly built bathrooms and washrooms for convenience.
  • Please note that Indian-style toilets are not available.
  • Tents are offered in twin-sharing and triple-sharing options.

  • Camping Location: Nagaon Beach, Alibaug.
  • Amenities: Western toilets with showers.
  • Accommodation: Comfortable tents with bedding.
  • Entertainment: Live music (only on Saturdays) and a movie screening under the stars.
  • Adventure Activities: Cricket, football, badminton, carom, volleyball, and more.
  • Beachside Experience: Camping under the stars with a night walk on the beach.

    • Dinner (Veg/Non-Veg – Unlimited).

Alibag Beach Camping Event Itinerary:

Day One – Saturday 

  • 04:00 PM to 04:30 PM: Arrive at the campsite at your convenience.
  • 04:30 PM to 05:00 PM: Free time to explore the campsite and beach.
  • 05:00 PM: Tea and snacks are served.
  • Take a relaxing beach walk and enjoy the breathtaking sunset.
  • 07:30 PM: Relish the starters (limited).
  • 09:00 PM to 10:00 PM: Enjoy dinner, DJ music, and the dance floor.
  • 10:00 PM to 11:30 PM: Groove to live music performances.
  • 12:00 AM: Movie screening under the stars.
  • End the day with a cozy bonfire, creating memories with friends and family.

 Day Two – Sunday

  • 08:00 AM to 08:30 AM: Freshen up and enjoy a simple yet delicious breakfast. Savor hot tea and a hearty meal while soaking in the serene morning views—just the perfect weekend indulgence!
  • 10:00 AM: Spend a delightful morning by the beach. Play games, take a refreshing dip in the sea, or indulge in exciting water sports activities.
  • 11:00 AM: Check out with sweet and cherished memories to take home!

Exclusions

  • Transportation costs.
  • Mineral water, lime water, or beverages purchased for personal use.
  • Any additional meals or soft drinks ordered.
  • Expenses for water sports or adventure activities.
  • Any personal expenses.
  • Costs not explicitly mentioned in the “Inclusions” section.
  • Expenses arising from unforeseen and unavoidable situations such as roadblocks or adverse weather conditions.
  • Any medical or emergency evacuation charges, if required.

Cancellation Policy:


75% Refund: Cancellations made 8 or more days prior to the event date via phone will receive a 75% refund of the booking amount.
50% Refund: Cancellations made between 4 to 7 days prior to the event date via phone will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations requested less than 3 days prior to the event date are non-refundable.
No-Show Policy:
Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled date without prior notification will forfeit their booking and are not eligible for a refund.
Ticket Transfer Restrictions:
Event tickets cannot be transferred to another date or to another person if a cancellation is requested.
Weather or Organizer-Initiated Cancellations:
If the camp safari event is cancelled due other uncontrollable circumstances, we will refund only the event amount.
No Refund for Weather-Related Cancellations: If the event is cancelled solely due to bad weather, no refund will be issued.
Refund Process:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
